Return & Refund Policy — GenZVaultz

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only.

Conditions for return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Item must be returned in original packaging
• Sale items are not eligible for return

How to request a return:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• WhatsApp/Email us with your order number and reason for return
• Once approved, ship the item back to us

Refund:

• Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
• Refund will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
